Gerson teaches what he’s has learned and experienced all this years of practice, service and devotion to his teacher, students and to Yoga.
The classes are based on the classical traditional system of Raja Hatha Yoga and can be either physically challenging or easy depending on the conditions of the practicioners and circumstances.The practice is focused on the constant attention of the Yamas(ethical rules) and Niyamas (personal observances) with a graceful and devotional Vinyasa (flowing serie of asanas) to generate heat and free flow of prana in the spine(Sushumna Nadi). The steadiness of the meditative Yoga Asanas towards the end of the practice, followed with Pranayamas(breathing techniques) and deep relaxation(Yoga Nidra) are a great aid to calm the mind and achieve instant inner peace.Then concentration, meditation and self inquire comes naturally and allows the practiciones to experience a deeper aspect of the self.
